4 out of 5 stars GOOD BUT LONG IN THE TOOTH   August 26, 2004
I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK BUT THE CHASE IN THE END WAS WAY TO LONG. I AM NOW READING MACINAC MAZE AND SO FAR IT IS GREAT.I DO RECOMMEND BOTH BOOKS.

4 out of 5 stars Love those candy bars!   February 5, 1998

Very interesting book, but I'm not sure that the Ann Arbor police got their man. Isn't anyone else suspicious of the Dean, or Kath? The book moved along real well, but I thought the ending chase was a little too long. I read the book on the train everyday, and couldn't wait for them to conclude the chase. Did the publishers have to print those annoying (TM) symbols next to the candy bar names every time they were printed? I just started his next book, and am really enjoying it.

5 out of 5 stars Riveting, fastpaced murder mystery!Couldn't put the book down   February 21, 1997

Jerry Prescott does an excellent job of immediately drawing the reader into the crime scene at the beginning of the book! A roller coaster ride through the University of Michigan campus as the police track the killer of a college co-ed. The twists and turns and trickery of the Author makes it a very difficult book to put down! The grisly murder and a revenge-driven lunatic's attempt to embarras the University of Michigan is simply ENTHRALLING! I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a mystery! Especially if you have ties to Ann Arbor Michigan
