From the supplier: The city of Dearborn, MI, conducted a disaster recovery exercise called EX-97, participated by public officials, private entities and local residents. The idea for EX-97 was originally conceived for Ford Motor Company's research and engineering complex by the facility's security operations supervisor, James Moorer. EX-97 was adopted by Dearborn's Office of Emergency Management and later proved very helpful when southeast Michigan was struck by a storm composed of thirteen tornadoes.
