Lunacy July 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Among deap grief and berievment for a lost love, Timothy Mulder, in Lunacy, searches for some light in all the darkness of his life. Riding his waves of Torment he caries the reader along as he describes vividly his search through drugs for some meaning to his life.
I was dumbfounded by his revelations and questioned my own sanity at reading such profound travels. The book opens questions and searches for answers that many of us have hunted in our own lives. It is a path I am not willing to take except through the discriptive revelations of this author.
The book drags you through an emotional torrent of laughter, tears, Love and grief and I can't wait to see what momentious changes our hero goes through because of this trial. Can't wait to read more.

"Out Of This World" July 26, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
When we approached this part of our journey through "Moments and Milestones', The author said, "I'm going to make you cry until it hurts, laugh until you cry, and then, when you think you've had all you can stand, I'm totally going to blow your mind. Now give me your hand." Without any hesitation, I reached out, grabbed on tight and was whisked away into the wildest experience yet. It was, to say the least, out of this world.
In this installment of his memoir, Timothy Mulder talks about a love lost forever and the grief that follows. On the heels of that, he describes meeting Vice President Al Gore in a situation that was both awesome and hilarious. He rounds out the chapter with another soul searching quest fueled by recreational drug use. Does he find the answers he's looking for? Maybe, but more importantly what impact does this have on him in the future? I can't wait to find out.....
Millennium Madness and Mayhem July 22, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Moments and Milestones - Lunacy; certainly lives up to it's name. Part Seven in a series, follows quickly on the heals of `Loving'. Lunacy takes the reader on a roller coaster ride of mind numbing madness fueled primarily by the crushing devastation of love lost.
With his heart broken and spirit left in tatters, the author Timothy Mulder describes a bleak journey through grief and pain that leads to the ultimate sacrifice of identity. Taking solace once again in rampant drug addiction, his path becomes so twisted, even Alice would find it difficult to traverse her way through this Wonderland.
The author beckons you to follow him down the rabbit hole, but it is not a journey for the faint of heart. Though a harsh ride, there are moments of extreme levity, mostly involving an unexpected encounter with then Vice President Al Gore, (The humor of that anecdote alone is worth buying the entire series) as well as some of the most evocative transcendental revelations yet revealed. The road is rugged, but powerful lessons are learned and a light does come at the end of the tunnel. The question is, will our hero make it through safely and with his sanity intact?
I found myself asking: What more could possibly happen to this man? ...I can't wait to find out. Moments and Milestones is by far, my most favorite summer read this year!
