1 out of 5 stars Waste of money   June 20, 2008

I bought this book thinking it would contain lots of trivia and information that I couldn't find elsewhere. Turns out, it's just a compilation of everything that's already on the internet - for free! Some sections of the book appeared to be copied word for word from Buffy's IMDb page, and plenty of other information can be found easily by doing a little Googling. Save your money and just bookmark a couple of the hundreds of Buffy trivia websites that are out there.

1 out of 5 stars Don't Buy this Book!   June 20, 2008

This book is a scam. The Person That Did This - PTDT(I refuse to say created, or wrote this book) contributed nothing to what already exists. If you're a true BtVS fan you would know that 99% of the book is taken from the DVDs. Additionally, it is very poorly edited, if edited at all. Items are repeated throughout the text, the spelling and syntaxis, when not quoting directly from the series, is shameful; the whole book appears to have been produced in someone's basement. The book is slighly over-sized so when you get it you expect a coffee table type of book, and it's not cheap. But no, what you get is a badly compiled text. The PTDT will have one line on a blank page, and in fact, the end of the book has over 5 blank pages. This is called filler, isn't it? My suggestions, if you've already made my mistake is:
- shred the pages for filler
- use the pages for origami
- use the pages to line a bird cage

Don't buy this book!!!!!

5 out of 5 stars Tons Of Information   April 3, 2008

I received the book as a gift and was surprised at the amount of information in this book. As a die hard Buffy fan I thought I knew all the ins and outs of the show. BUT this book pointed out so many things I missed it made me feel like a new viewer, not someone who has seen each episode at least 10 times. I also liked the time line from the first slayer to today. It fills in alot of blanks for the Buffy fan. Awesome book, highly recommended.
