Harvey is the master. I was his client for a half-year and lost 50 pounds. I now know how to keep it off. I have personally seen men under his guidance lose over 200 pounds. He teaches real value and it works.

At 244 pounds, I met Harvey Brooker in Toronto in August 2006. With his guidance and food plan I was able to shed 37 of those pounds and keep them off. I am now living in Tucson and can no longer see Harvey in person, but his plan is still working for me, and it can for you too.
What is in this book is the "meat and potatos" of what Harvey taught me at his men's weight loss sessions on Sunday mornings. This book is about a new, maintainable lifestyle, not a diet scheme to try, fail and forget.
