 What I want or what my parents want????? May 5, 2008
"Two Grooms & A Wedding" by Adrianne Byrd was a good, funny novel about the love YOU want and the love your PARENTS think you should have. Do you follow what feels good to your heart or what looks good on paper???? In this novel you'll follow the winding road of Isabella as she tries to figure which road to follow and who's advice to listen too. There are a number of twist and turns. Although some of the steps were slightly predictable, others just outright suprised you. All in all, it's a good story with a great teaching point in it. You want to good entertainment that don't take long to read, then check out this book!!!

I really like adrianne bryd books, so this one was very good. the heroine of the book was strong at the end although she had to pick from two grooms. the one guy that she was to marry was a real jerk, so you will be glad that he do not get to marry her. this book also deals with her best friend betraying her (which i thought she forgive her to easily). the hero of the book was nice and sweet and had me really cheering them on to be the love match of the book. all in all this was a very good romance.
loved it. 5 stars

Two Grooms and a Wedding was a pretty good and funny story. It was entertaining as well as surprising. I enjoyed it a lot. Ms. Byrd did a great job as uaual. I highly reccommend this book.

This book deals with different levels of relationships between friends, family and lovers. Ms. Byrd took a situation that to some may seem unreal and made it real and relatable. Isabella is a plane Jane who's about to marry for reasons that are beyond her control. Randall is the man of her dreams (or is he) that she's to marry and Derrick, well he's the man that helped her find herself. Who will she choose? Well you have to read to figure it out, I guarantee that you won't be disappointed! I loved this book and I couldn't put it down.
