finally!!! July 24, 2008
when I saw this title in Walmart, I was in heaven. literally. I did not think Jasmine and Hosea would make it back from the brink. This sequel took me to another level in forgiveness and happiness. I thoroughly enjoy Victoria Christopher Murray and hope that she keeps writing so I can keep reading.
Is it really too little too late? July 24, 2008
This was a really really good book. I enjoyed it thoroughly from beginning to end. Victoria never disappoints her fans in her writings. Her story lines are excellent. Even though these books may be classified as fiction, the scenarios, actions and mindset of the characters are very real; they are, after all, the very things that we are challenged with at different points of our Christian walk. The emotions portrayed in this book are those of a desperate and insecure person who feels she has to continue to scheme to cover up lie after lie. It also deals with the desires of the flesh that comes with seeing an ex and remembering the way things use to be. And let's not forget the addiction. It is one that we would prefer to believe a person to be whorish rather than addicted to sex. In`A Sin and A Shame,' it was basically about Jasmine and what she does to hold on to Hosea. But in`Too Little Too Late,' I found it focused more towards Hosea, his struggles with his past and the desires he faces after seeing his ex-girlfriend. But even in the midst of their struggles, these believable characters discover that God is always in their midst no matter how bad they behave.
It kind of read like there may be a sequel. In any case, I would love to know if Brian will be a part of his daughter's life, the drama that will unfold between him and Jasmine and their attraction to one another as he gets to know his daughter, as well as if he and his ex-wife will get back together again. VCM really dealt with some serious issues and I can't wait to read her next addition to this genre of books. Keep up the good work.

Too Little, Too Late was wonderful!
Many people life's were effected by Jasmine lies. Jasmine overcame her insecurities and trusted God to save her marriage. This book kept me wondering what would happen next. Following the character's lives and drama were great.

TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE, the follow-up to Victoria Christopher Murray's A Sin and A Shame, picks up three years after Hosea and Jasmine's wedding. The family is happy and has added Jasmine's old neighbor as Nama to their daughter. Hosea's television show is a big success and they've been presented with the opportunity to film several episodes in Los Angeles. The show has also hired a temporary producer who just happens to be Hosea's ex-fiancee. She never received closure from their relationship and is testing the waters to see if Hosea may still have feelings for her. Jasmine knows the game she is playing, because she recognizes some of the same qualities she once had when pursuing a man - even if he was married. Jasmine has to rely on more than her scheming ways to keep her man.
Murray always satisfies and she does not disappoint with TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE. Interwoven in Jasmine and Hosea's story is another very interesting subplot that centers on another couple's marriage. The overall theme of honesty and forgiveness is prominent in both of these relationships and throughout the book. My only disappointment is that I wanted more interaction between Jasmine and Hosea's ex. Fans of Jasmine's tales will be pleased.

DO ME A FAVOR! July 18, 2008
The purpose of a review is not to tell the ENTIRE plot of the book!! If I as well as others can just log on and read some of these too detailed "REVIEWS" then what is the point of buying the damn book? Please do me a favor.....STOP DOING THIS CRAP...briefly tell us your opinion of the book and would you ever recommend reading further for any Victoria Murray fan.. that's it. Your job would be appreciated and DONE at that moment. Thank You......
