This is a fabulous book! It is chock-a-block full of easy to read information about dreams. It is much more than a dream dictionary. It gives explicit directions on how to interpret and understand dreams. Nightmares and night terrors are discussed, as are a variety of other kinds of dreams. These include flying and falling dreams and even astral travel! Exercises are included; some of these can help you to use your dreams to manifest your desires. The author includes many interesting stories that illustrate her teaching points; these stories bring the book to life. This is a book which you will use for years to come.
