5 out of 5 stars Michigan's Most Haunted   December 17, 2007
Loved the book, but than again the author is my daughter...I enjoyed this book because these are actual places you can go to so you can determine for yourself if they are indeed haunted...looking for volume #2..

3 out of 5 stars Fun if you like travel and ghost stories   November 20, 2007

This is a charming little book that is part travel guide, part ghost story. The history of each property is described, followed by short eyewitness accounts of the strange events at that location. Since these are all "public" places, (inns, etc.) you could go on a tour with this book as your guide. If you are interested in historic properties in Michigan, or looking for a fun-to-read collection of short ghost stories, this may be the book for you.

5 out of 5 stars A Great Read   October 23, 2007

Ok, I don't want to say this book is haunted, but this is my 4th attempt to leave a review, and whenever I do it shuts down my AOL.

Written in a straighforward style, believers and skeptics alike will appreciate the thoroughness behind every story. The author doesn't embellish; she lets the stories stand on their own - and this just makes them spookier!
