5 out of 5 stars Great   September 16, 2008
Easy to remember mnemonics and cartoons that you will remember. I only wish I had gotten this book earlier so I had more time to use it before my micro test.

4 out of 5 stars Micro Book   September 15, 2008
Very good book. Just started using it for class, and it makes it a lot easier to follow the course. It "dumbs" it down so it's not so complicated (which it shouldn't be in the first place!). Diagrams are nice, and easy to remember. There are several mnemonics to associate and remember things. Would suggest this book for medical school as well as undergraduate microbiology.

2 out of 5 stars missing pages   September 5, 2008
After using the product a couple time, I realized that the book is actually missing whole chapters. In fact pages 25-56 are missing! I have used the book for my online class but luckly I purchased another book I use also.

3 out of 5 stars Not for me   August 18, 2008
I've heard a lot of people talk about how good this book is so I decided to give it a try. I read the first 10 pages and wavered between finding parts of the book funny and annoying. By the end of it, the only thing I remembered was a rather bad joke and a picture of a bacterium wearing sunglasses. If that helps some people learn, then that's great. However, I failed to learn anything from the random jokes and poorly drawn pictures.

4 out of 5 stars A Good Mircro Review   August 3, 2008
I purchased this book so that I could review for a micro class I took, it definitely does the job. It's not as in depth as a textbook, but I wanted a lighter review version and this delivers!
