5 out of 5 stars diamand point   November 10, 2008
It's really amaizing. The quality as a book wich is increase ( in page quality , in colour illustration etc.)
The thing I appreciate most is the fact in wich you have the entire cycle of the medicine into and describe in a master form that I've finded only in "Harrison". The other things you make not is that the book consider you an idiot and in his end makes you a genius...a miracle isn't it.That's what we needs "miracles"...

5 out of 5 stars This is the ONE BIG book version! Other hardcover edition has whole text in 2 volumes!   October 30, 2008
Giving a poor review beacuse you bought the complete text in ONE large hardcover version versus the other Hardcover Two Volume version is misleading.

This is a GREAT book for home reading, and yes you can look up current articles and have a huge pile of medical information that may be the most current but this book puts it all together for you.

If you liked reading Robbins Pathology as an M2, just buy this book for your M3...and choose 1)one big volume version or 2)the split 2 volume version...both are COMPLETE texts that add up to the same number pages. :)

5 out of 5 stars SUPERB.   October 28, 2008
Harrison is still the bible for internal medicine.

1 out of 5 stars Poor Customer Service   September 10, 2008

I would very much have actually liked to use this product. Unfortunately, after ordering the "2 volume set," I received only 1 volume. And while the product description mentions a DVD, no such DVD came accompanying this book.

In addition, I received poor customer service from phone support and e-mail.

If you want this book, DON'T BUY IT FROM AMAZON!

I understand that this will most likely not be posted. I would just like the company to own up to its own mistakes.
