A must for nursing students April 28, 2008 An excellent guide to the language of medicine. Great for nursing students. Good definitions and pronounciation guides. Also nice pictures to assist in understanding.
Everybody's gotta have one..... April 27, 2008 This is your average, run of the mill Medical Dictionary. It does what it's supposed to do. It is a medical reference book that we all need when we work in the field (nurse, doctor, etc).
Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary April 22, 2008 It is an excellant book. Full of lots of info. and easy to read
A PERFECT REFERENCE FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANTS, NURSES, ETC. April 12, 2008 it has been alot of help for me in my classes and with homework and now with work also.
Nursing Update 2007 March 31, 2008 Very informational easy to understand good referral for anyone having to give medicines and not sure of what does or does mix with other meds. Good reference for Dosages, side effects. A book that not just nurses can learn from but very helpful. I have used this book from other years all the time and much better than referring to PDR.
