The MERCK Veterynary Manual is the best book that a vet practitioner or a student can have 'cause inside you find the most important informations you'll need about the deseases, clsificated in chapters. Easy to find and easy to use!!!!
Merck Veterinary Manual March 4, 2008
Great manual, any producer or person who works with large animals at all should have one of these priceless books. I'm a pre-vet student and this has been a great resource for class's. When family members who farm back home call to ask me questions I no longer have to search the internet for hours.

EXCELLENT Resource! February 8, 2008
This is an excellent resource that has been around forever. I have the old much smaller red edition from the 80's and this one far surpasses it. It has a ton more info, I like the bigger book and the layout with the reference tabs. This is well worth the expense through Amazon which is the best price anywhere! If you have variety of animals or just multiple animals this is the book to own.
