5 out of 5 stars Best comforter I've ever owned   May 24, 2008

I received this comforter in November, so I've used it through a Maine winter and spring. (Our bedroom ranges between 55 and 60 degrees at night.) It is both very light and very warm. Even without a duvet cover, it looks beautiful. The attractive stitching keeps the filling in place. And it washes like a dream.

5 out of 5 stars very warm and cozy   March 2, 2008
I LOVE this comforter. It is warm enough in our cold winters (with a flannel duvet), and I used it in summer with a lighter one. The quilting has kept the stuffing intact, and it is really still like new after a year.

5 out of 5 stars Great Comforter   February 16, 2008

I bought three of these, one for each of my kids, and they all LOVE them. My oldest boy, who has had a life-long attachment to his first post-baby blanket, has changed his allegiance. My daughter used to have 3 or 4 blankets piled up on her bed during the winter - no more. If it can work for these guys in our harsh Vermont winters, it can work for you too. They were a great value and we are all very pleased with the purchase.

A gift for my daughter. She loved it, great quality, and it is wearing well.

4 out of 5 stars Excellent   February 8, 2008

I read the reviews before I purchased this item, everyone was right about little white fluffs that seem to cover everything. So you need to wash before you use it. It is however very warm and cozy, I put my other blankets away because it got so hot I was sweating. It is holding up very nicely and I have to say this was a great buy.
