Product Description
Throw out everything you think you know about history. Close the approved textbooks, turn off the corporate mass media, and whatever you do, don't believe anything you hear from the government—The Rise of the Fourth Reich reveals the truth about American power. In this explosive new book, the legendary Jim Marrs, author of the underground bestseller Rule by Secrecy, reveals the frighteningly real possibility that today the United States is becoming the Fourth Reich, the continuation of an ideology thought to have been vanquished more than a half century ago. This concept may seem absurd to those who cannot see past the rose-colored spin, hype, and disinformation poured out daily by the media conglomerates—most of which are owned by the very same families and corporations who supported the Nazis before World War II. But as Marrs precisely explains, National Socialism never died, but rather its hideous philosophy is alive and active in modern America. Unfortunately, most people cannot understand the shadowy links between fascism and corporate power, the military, and our elected leaders. While the United States helped defeat the Germans in World War II, we failed to defeat the Nazis. At the end of the war, ranking Nazis, along with their young and fanatical proteges, used the loot of Europe to create corporate front companies in many countries, including the United States of America. Utilizing their stolen wealth, men with Nazi backgrounds and mentalities wormed their way into corporate America, slowly buying up and consolidating companies into giant multinational conglomerates. Many thousands of other Nazis came to the United States under classified programs such as Project Paperclip. They brought with them miraculous weapon technology that helped win the space race but they also brought their insidious Nazi philosophy within our borders. This ideology based on the authoritarian premise that the end justifies the means—including unprovoked wars of aggression and curtailment of individual liberties—has gained an iron hold in the "land of the free and the home of the brave." For the first time Jim Marrs has gathered compelling evidence that an effort has been underway for the past sixty years to bring a form of National Socialism to modern America, creating in essence a modern empire—or "Fourth Reich"!

Another great book from Jim Marrs August 19, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am glad to see another great book authored by Jim Marrs. This book is well researched, as are all of his previous books. If you liked his earlier works, then you will like this. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews on here. None of them address any of the actual material in the book. Starchild22's review is ridiculous. He obviously is not familiar with Jim Marrs' books. Marrs provides an extensive list of sources for each chapter. You can check up on his work if you so wish.
What's Reich with America? August 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The premise of "The Rise of the Fourth Reich" is that since the end of World War II, the wealthy elite have been using corporations and secret societies to manipulate the American government into creating a fascist nation whose characteristics are becoming more and more similar to those of National Socialist (Nazi) Germany. The new fascist nation of America is what Marrs calls the "Fourth Reich" or fourth empire. Marrs refers to the wealthy elite as "globalists" who use their wealth to gain power through the ownership and control of the world's resources; Marrs defines "fascism" as the merger of state and corporate power.
Marr's book covers some of the following topics: the rise of Nazi philosophy and the fascist system of control in Germany (Third Reich) following WW1; the influence by secret and occult societies (Freemasonry, Illuminati, Knights Templar, Skull and Bones); the political and financial power of German corporations and banks, and their interconnecting ties with the rest of Europe, England and America; the leading edge science and technology of Nazi Germany (atomic bomb, cancer cure, flying saucers, time travel, mind control); the discovery of Solomon's Treasure in Southern France in 1944; the well-planned escape of key Nazi's after WWII with assistance from the Vatican and Latin America; the use of the stolen loot of Europe to set up businesses around the world which would later be used to rebuild Germany, and invest in America; the procurement of leading German scientists after WWII to be employed in American industries (military, industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, Space Race); the rising influence of Nazi Fascism on America today; how corporate directives are being used to shape government policies on guns, drugs, eugenics, religion, education, and public control; how information becomes propaganda when it is controlled by government and corporations, and disseminated by a subservient and unquestioning media owned and controlled by the globalists.
Marrs writing style is clear, concise, and to the point. His research is extensive as he cites over 900 sources in this book. The Rise of the Fourth Reich is well worth reading but has the following drawbacks: 1. While Marrs provides an abundance of facts, he is short on analysis, leaving it up to the reader to speculate on what this all means, or even what can be done about it. 2. To the uninitiated, one may get the impression from Marrs book that America is completely under the control of Nazi sympathizers, or that fascism is the only ideology and system at work in America. In this regard, Marrs book is misleading, and offers a slanted view of reality. 3. It is hard to understand how Marrs could focus solely on the rising influence of Nazi Fascism on America, without simultaneously comparing it with the rising influence of Zionism on America during the same period. While Marrs describes the globalists as supporters of communism, nazism, and fascism, he fails to mention that they are also supporters of zionism. The point being that all of these movements are strategic tools the globalists use to further their goals. 4. Marrs must be aware that America is being used by the globalists to achieve their goal of a "new world order". American military strength which includes the deployment of nuclear weapons to NATO partners, and an "ends justify the means" philosophy disguised as foreign policy, is being used to ensure that the other nations of the world fall into compliance. Of course, America will eventually have to submit to the global power of the new world order as well. The globalists will likely use these same movements to destabilize America, along with the currently growing threat of economic and financial disaster, and even nuclear war, to ensure America's compliance. 5. While the concept of a "new world order" is not something to be feared, the people who would use it for there own evil purpose need to be exposed and removed from power. If the new world order comes about, and it is likely that it will, it will be up to the people of the world to ensure that it happens for reasons beneficial to all.
Another Conspiracy August 12, 2008 2 out of 7 found this review helpful
Poor Jim Marrs. Another new book, another new conspiracy. It must be hell waking up every day wondering about the black helicopters hovering overhead, the Nazi's conspiring to take over the world, the aliens abducting half the population and the Bush administration preparing to bomb another US landmark. Marrs needs to crawl back under his rock where he can feel safe and sound.
Nazi's just changed their name, agenda's the same, but for the U.S.! August 11, 2008 8 out of 10 found this review helpful
Scary truth, and truth does hurt, but also frees us. Where's the Wiesenthal center's nazi trackers where the worse of the worse were imported into the U.S.? As we move into total fascism in America, and worldwide fascism dictated by Corporatocracy, Jim has done a fabulous job explaining the nazi infiltration of every aspect of American lives since WW2. Since the Bush family supported Hitler it shouldn't shock us too much. A must read for every red blooded American.
Jim Marrs does it again.... August 5, 2008 15 out of 19 found this review helpful
Lots of solid information in this book, and, as usual, Jim Marrs challenges what you think you know about history and the world we live in. Buy this, and put it on your shelf next to Crossfire and Rule By Secrecy!!
