When I purchased the book. The description gave me the impression that it would be good for an older child say 6-8. Instead it was more for a three year old. I bought it because my sister moved to Michigan and I thought it would be good for kids to read about areas of interest, landmarks, and to learn something about the state they are now living in. I wanted it to be more educational, but it was not. Also, I received it in a damaged condition. So, I have since returned the book.
