Product Description A Smidgeon of Pigeon by Mo Willems How does it feel to be a Pigeon? Well, the bus driver is trying to get him to act happy, but as we all know, this is one bird that is not going to be told what to do! Throughout this hilarious board book, Pigeon runs through his signature gamut of emotions while attempting to thwart his old nemesis.

More gold from the pigeon! July 15, 2008 A short card book, but still sheer genius as you would expect. The Pigeon works his/her whole facial repertoire to great effect!
That Crazy Pigeon... May 23, 2008 My 15 month old girl absolutely loves the Pigeon books and this one is no exception. We read it several times a day along with the other board book, "The Pigeon loves things that go". While not as good as "The Pigeon finds a Hotdog" or the other Pigeon books aimed at older children it's fantastic for toddlers. The Pigeon's ever changing moods make it perfect for using different expression in your voice which children love. And it's short enough to keep their attention. As always the simple drawings are fantastic and the Pigeon has so much attitude! Very cute!
Excellent Author April 7, 2008 Mo Willems' books are highly entertaining and creative. I started buying them for my nephews and now i have the pleasure of buying them for my son.
Better for younger children, a disappointment for older kids January 20, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
My 5 1/2 year old daughter simply LOVES the Pigeon series and reads them all - Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, Don't Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late, and The Pigeon Finds a Hotdog.
So when we found this book, Pigeon Has Feelings, Too, we assumed we had another winner on our hands. What a disappointment it turned out to be! It is a board book, which is not necessarily a bad thing for a 5 year old, but is also ~very~ short. It does follow the same style as the other pigeon books, with the pigeon being kind of "tricked" into going over various feelings until he is happy, the very feeling he was originally asked to present. However, the book is really not as good as the other three by Mo Willems.
I feel, however, that this book does have merit for early readers. A three year old, or two year old who has a short attention span, and who is not as familiar with the original stories may well have a good introduction to the Pigeon series with Pigeon Has Feelings, Too. Therefore, I am still rating this book with 3 stars.
Pigeon for toddlers November 6, 2007 This book follows the original "Pigeon" books but is geared for toddlers. It uses simple language and the board book format. Young children may enjoy the pigeon's antics on their own with out concern for torn pages. We also have the other books, "Pigeon finds a hot dog" and the original, "Don't let the pigeon drive the bus." I enjoy it with children and marvel at the range of emotions that the author/illustrator achieves with a simple line drawing. Thank you Mo Willems!
