Secrets of Longevity book by Dr. Maoshing Ni July 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book "Secrets of Longevity" was in brand new condition for a great price. Front & back covers and folds had NO writing or creases. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AND THIS BOOK. ANY POSITIVE CHANGE you can make to increase your longevity is well WORTH IT!! One of the EASIEST TIPS is to throw out all other oils and start cooking ONLY with Olive Oil to lower and keep your blood pressure more steady, so why not?!
Straight forward information April 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great book! What the doc says makes a lot of sense. Most people would have to make major, major changes to their life in order to do all that is recommended. But even if one were to adapt half of the things suggested one would be leading a healthier lifestyle.
I expecially like the style in which it is written and the fact that each point is summerized and explained in short paragraphs. One can buzz though this book in just a few hours. It is organized such that one can easily refer to and find information easily.
I liked the book, will take many of the changes to heart and highly recommend this as a "must read".
