Just for class February 6, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I needed this book for class.. So I think the chapters are a little lengthy... I get bored really quick and this put me right to sleep. I am not an author just a student.

I bought this book for a course in Health Care Human Resources. I think it is easy to read. However, many of the factors just focus on nursing issues. Not too many other issues are mentioned.
