THIS BOOK IS FANTASTIC October 6, 2008 I LOVE THIS BOOK. I HAVE USED IT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS to look information up. It has great pictures and detail information on nursing interventions.
Answers in back of book do not match up with correct answers! June 1, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Not terrible, but there is one MAJOR problem: very sloppy editing. The answers in the back of the book do not match up with the real, correct answer. This is true for at least 5-10% of the questions. That is a good percentage, especially considering you do not want your test results to drop from 75 to 70 because of these slobs. Also, since the answers in the back do not include any rationale, you literally have to double-check each and every answer in your book, lest you be misled by the constant editing mistakes. Since Lippincott has a virtual monopoly on nursing textbooks, and must make millions off of us, the least they can do is NOT to employ a drunken copy editor. Shame on you Mary Jo Boyer!!! Shame on you Lippincott!

I did not find this to be of any assistance in learning the contents of its parent book. There are no NCLEX questions. It was more like a book the instructor might use to see if you read the chapters, which is an exercise for a high school class, not a college lecture class.
Exactly as stated February 8, 2008 It's perfect. It helps quite a bit to summarize the info in the chapters.
To all Nursing Students October 22, 2007 If you have the hard back copy of this book, then this will be a good source. It doesn't have NCLEX style questions in it. It only have regualr questions. This book has good info. But it is not helping me on my test.
