This book was written in 1967 August 4, 2008
On receiving the book I was angry to find that it was published in 1967 and simply re-issued in paperback format. So all of the info is 40 years old! After the initial disappointment subsided, I read it cover to cover and it was actually an interesting review of what was known 40 years ago. Lots of good info on smoking and still relevant comments on standards of epidemiology. And surprise, Kaposi's Sarcoma was common in Central Africa pre-AIDS.
