Product Description Dear Reader,I have something to confide in you. I think my husband, Dave, might be having an affair. I found an earring in his pocket, and it's not mine. I'm also worried because some jewelry was recently stolen from an old womanand Dave used to visit her a lot. You see, he's a pastor. And a good man. I can't believe he's guilty of anything, but why won't he tell me where he's been when he comes home so late? Reader, I'd love to hear what you think. I also want to tell you what's going on with your other friends in Cedar Cove. Like Sheriff Troy Davis, to mention one. His long-ago love, Faith Beckwith, just moved here! So come on in and join me for a cup of tea. Emily Flemming

This was a gift so I have no review, but I have seen the movie and loved it. I hope the recipient did as well.

the book was ok but predictable.I pretty much had the mystery figured out before half way.And waiting a year between books? I almost don't care to read the next one.
Simple gossip and fun October 5, 2008 Definintely read this series in order - don't jump into the middle. It's a simple heartfelt story to be enjoyed when you want to be entertained.
Love the Series But Not this Book October 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I really loved the last 7 books in the Cedar Cove series, but much to my dismay this book fell short of my expectations. I did not like the characters nor the story line.
Debbie does it again! October 5, 2008 This is the latest in a series about the residents of Cedar Cove. As usual, Debbie knows how to tell a good story. My only complaint is that she leaves us up in the air with a couple of the threads and we have to wait a whole year to find out how they play out!!!
