Don't Look Back June 18, 2008 This book was part of a series that I was reading and the source that I normally use was out of stock. I was very excited to learn I could get it through Amazon. I ordered it on Saturday and had it by Monday. It came in excellent condition and must say, I had it finished before Wednesday. Thanks
Who, What, When, Where, Why?- May 15, 2008 I always enjoy a Margaret Daley book and Don't Look Back was no exception. I wasn't even sure what a continuity was until I was well into this book and realized I'd already read the first in the series as well, Hidden in the Wall by Valerie Hansen.
I liked emotionally shut down journalism professor Jameson King. I wanted to slap him and yell at him to get on with his life, but I really liked him. He doesn't want to let himself love again and he's shoving down his attraction to the sister of his murdered protege. Grief stricken Cassie Winter's, sister of murdered reporter Scott Winters has to be admired. She's trying to hold everything together, so much so, that even her mother complains about being over protected and smothered.
What a pair! Jameson and the stunning red headed Cassie find themselves beset by thugs as they try to solve this mystery, but will they allow themselves to love?
