Product Description
There Will Never Be An End To This War!!
In the Polish Ghetto, cut off from the world by four walls and Nazi guards, only those able to provide services to the Third Reich can postpone the death, brutality and hunger of this place; where daring to pass the outside wall was to enter a new world unlike anything imaginable to the average person. Courage is hardly enough to sustain Sunday Gillis when she comes face to face with the smell of decomposing flesh, death and disease everywhere; where everyone and everything seemed to throb with unnatural intensity, being brought into one constant motion, one step nearer death. She must rely on God, and because of this reliance, she accepts her responsibility to the "House of David", an American organization established to liberate the Jews. A Navy Radioman, her sister, and friends of the "House of David", become an important reason for her to draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect those she loves, for she will never be out of the fight.
AMEN!

The best yet! Very Powerful. May 11, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a captivating story of survival that reached epic proportions and stirred sympathetic emotions in me throughout the read. This story gives us a glimpse of what civilization lost because of the Holocaust and is so visually compelling in its imagery, that you feel like your living the story. This is for anyone that is even remotely interested in World War II and the Holocaust. A story of courage, survival, love, suffering, and compassion. You will be surprised at the compassion that is shown by some of the most unlikely people. A new view on the suffering of the Jews and POW's during WW2. A wonderful read!
