Twice I ordered Life and Times of Wm McKendree, Volume 1, and received and been billed Volume 2. I placed my first order in early April. I re-ordered Volume 1 and again got Volume 2. I then spoke to a personal service person who was going to physically go into the stock and pull books and locate what I am trying to buy. I understand the confusion on your end as someone must open the cover to determine the volume number, but enough is enough! It is now approaching June and the birthday for which I ordered the book is long past.
I have been holding the two copies of Volume 2 to save you the postage in case the next book is also wrong. I would like to get these off my credit card account ASAP. If you can't deliver Volume 2, give me the courtesy of letting me know.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this frustrating matter.
