i suppose the book is decent. delivery was prompt. no complaints except for the fact that the damn book is required for class, but i have yet to even open it. oh well. lots of love to my man Michael Jordon

Never again will I buy a product if the shipper is ups, they have failed to deliver me the goods while claiming that they made an attempt even when I've been home all day. Since there's a distribution warehouse nearby, I end up having them hold the package for pickup the next day -very inconvenience on my part. This has happen a few times! After contacting their customer service and speaking to management directly they haven't corrected the issue. This is very disappointing which means if Amazon has them as their only source of option for delivery, loss of sales.

This is a good book for using with homework and other assignments. Easy to read and navigate for key terms and other data. The case studies provide very good information for case analysis.

Everything I need to know about crafting and executing strategy , I learned from this book. It is so easy to understand. Makes you read the book from cover to cover. The case studies included are very informative. Offering practical tips that can be adapted to your situation.
