1 out of 5 stars Looks pretty but doesn't do the job   September 28, 2008

I would have liked to see a preview of the inside of this journal before i purchased, if i had seen the inside i would not have purchased it. The pages are too small with not enough space to write your meals on. The journal is not laid out in any form for example first you have page 1,2,3, and then a divider and then subsequent pages. In my opinion it should be laid out in a weekly format for example pages 1-7 and then the divider. It didnt make any sense and i was very dissapointed in this item. I ordered 3 but but i will not be using them. In my opinion a total waste of money.

2 out of 5 stars pretty but not worth the money   September 26, 2008
This little notebook is very pretty, but is too small to be practical (or perhaps my handwriting is too large). After I received it, I thought I would have been better off just getting a much less expensive blank notebook from any general store.

2 out of 5 stars wrinkled reading   August 1, 2008
This little book is way overpriced and the cover was wrinkled. I wanted to give it as a gift, but it was in much worse shape than indicated in the book seller's description. It wasn't worth the shipping charges.

5 out of 5 stars it helps   July 29, 2008
This little book will make you think twic before you eat something. I mean do you really want o have o log that you ate all that junk!!! this little book is easy to keep at hand at all times. love it!

3 out of 5 stars Stylish, but too big to be carried everywhere.   May 15, 2008
3 out of 3 found this review helpful

This, and the other Potter Style books, are visually attractive, but too big to go everywhere. Also, the page layout is somewhat restrictive (so many lines for this, so many lines for that...), and the cover started showing signs of wear pretty quickly. My next food diary will be smaller: pocket-sized.
