Having been through many divestitures at large billion-dollar corporations and at smaller private companies, I have seen how divestitures can receive short shrift. I particularly like the chapter on Disentanglement, an issue, which when poorly planned can bring not only major headaches, but also significant unanticipated negative financial impact.
