BIRDS ID CARD January 10, 2007 THIS WORKS FOR A FAST REFERENCE. MY GRANDCHILDREN LIKED THE EASY USE.
Perfect for 9 year old October 21, 2004 My 9-year-old son enjoyed this guide all summer and identified a lot of Michigan birds. It is easy to carry and less overwhelming than a bird book.
Best for backpacking April 29, 2003 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
There's nothing like taking a hike with 10 lbs. of books in your pack. This map-like folding reference gives you all you need to know in the field - about 150 species that you're likely to see, with tips on the most visible marks for identification. A perfect complement to any larger book, it weighs mere ounces.
