The Sinister Spiders of Saginaw is the latest of the Johnathan Rand books our seven year old son has enjoyed reading. It especially appealed to him since his grandmother lives in Saginaw. That fact, combined with spiders, was in his words, "too cool". The Michigan Chiller books are great for kids to read, interesting and scary without being frightening.

For my English class we did a book reports, I chose Michigan Chillers Sinister Spiders of Saginaw.This book is fun to read from begining to the end, but in the middle of it you just want to keep reading and reading. I think the best part is at the end of the book. My favorite part is when Leah finds out the Jarred and the science teacher can turn into a spider and back to a human. The climax is when Leah, Conner, and Angela try to stop the spiders. You have to read this book it will keep you guessing and it gets really fun to read.
