Biofreeze is wonderful. I use it for my aching knees every night. It has worked so well my husband is now using it for his shoulder pains and he was a major skeptic. He also loves it. It works!!!

Highly recommend this product. My physical therapist used this on me and it worked wonders. So I bought my own supply. It uses an "icy hot" method that really helps with sore muscles.

I'm a massage therapist. I use this on my clients' sore muscles and recommend they purchase it from Amazon (best price). After a long day of doing massage, I use it on my hands and arms (part of my own self care). It's cooling to the skin and warming to the muscles. Wouldn't do without it.
