Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Schmidt is a Hit!!   July 5, 2002
Arnold Louis Schmidt has outdone himself in this tome to Chesapeake cooking (although I understand he is not a very good billiard player). As well, Marion Warren's photos provide the ideal visual accompaniment to this flavourful offering. The Blue Crab Guru strikes again!

5 out of 5 stars THIS IS THE ESSENCE OF ALL WHITEY'S WORKS!   November 14, 1998

I knew when I prepared many of the recipes in this cookbook that I'd found a winner. It is clear that Whitey has prepared these recipes time and again with loving care and is now sharing them with us in the form of a cookbook that targets the unique culinary treats from the Chesapeake Bay. I hope you treasure it as much I!
