Is it really love or just animal attraction? March 24, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Hiromasa and Shima are friends from school. The first part of this story deals with their love and what both of them are willing to do to each other. One thing is that Shima and his brother Ume are related (some how) to Kunimasa.
Is it love or just animal attraction is explored in the second part of the story. Norio having a hard time trying to keep his true soul hidden is taken to Kunimasa and Yonekuni's home to be taught by their brother Shinobu. Norio overhears Kunimasa talking with Yonekuni and Shiro and gets his feelings hurt and questions wether or not he want to be with Kunimasa. Thrown in to the mix are the younger brothers Hidekuni and Manami.
This continues to be an interesting series without the hang ups of other series, mainly others sometimes just get boring.

The Plot Thickens! November 30, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
So we're finally at the third volume and I absolutely love it. The first story of this volume freshens our pallets with a new couple. Shima Tokashiki a mongoose and Hiromasa Aogiri a viper bump heads and hearts as they try to figure each other out. Shima and Hiro are childhood friends who hadn't seen each other for 10 years and then suddenly Hiromasa shows up at the hospital that Shima nurses at and things escalate. What is poor Shima to do when Hiromasa cajoles him into some hot and heavy fun? Is Hiromasa just a friend with benefits? What's to come of all this for poor Shima-chan?
Back to Norio and Kunimasa. Norio is still struggling to hide his true self and if he doesn't do it quick he might be dragged off by the government for training! But before he can Kunimasa takes him home to be trained by his older brother in hopes that Norio will learn better. Of course on arrival Norio instantly feels alienated, everyone's rich and he's stuck doing chores while trying to learn to hide his self. If things aren't discouraging enough his progress is limited and tensions between Kunimasa arise. And if that's not enough could there be a new interest in Kunimasa's younger brother?
The story gets deeper in this third volume and the test of Kunimasa's and Norio's relationship begins. A definite good read.
