Enlightening and well-written book to live by July 19, 2008 I thank this woman for not taking the easy way out and dying, but instead coming back to help all of us. I have purchased 3 of these books...one for myself, one for my sister, and one for my daughter who has MS. We are determined to live healthier lives on a more natural food diet. This book has become our manual for getting rid of all the things that are bad for us...sugar, caffeine, too many anti-biodics. Well-written and easy-to-read, this book will be our reference manuel fot elinimating the toxicity that has become our daily lives.
Hocus pocus -- silly 'new age' type of book June 20, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is the type of book that does more harm than good. It has outright silly advice such as drinking aloe for MS without so much as a single word about the fact that some are highly allergic to aloe and could die from following this advice. Then there is the absolutely amazing conclusion that the root cause of MS is candida albicans. This conclusion--despite the complete lack of credible research support such a conclusion. This author seems a bit delusional.
Healing Multiple Sclerosis: Diet, Detox and Nutritional Makeover for total recovery June 2, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I ordered a lot of books upon my husband's recent diagnosis with MS. I was drawn to this book over the other four to read first. I have learned so much and am excited that this disease can be beat with information and discipline. Good read and very informative. Ann's story is very inspiring! HIGHLY recommended book for people searching for options and potential answers.

HOPE February 11, 2008 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I've lived with MS for over twenty years. I'm 43, and this is the first book I've read that offers hope. It also gives you information that tries to connect the dots, and gives a new direction for treatment. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has MS, either newly diagnosed or someone like me.
