Filled with practical advice on what parents can safely do at home to relieve their child's symptoms and aid recovery, this book will help them decide whether it is necessary to consult a doctor. After obtaining his medical degree from Cambridge University, he started at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Excellent medical guide for kids of all ages   October 5, 1999
7 out of 7 found this review helpful

This book is a lifesaver, complete with flowcharts of possible problems, descriptions of illnesses, what to do for your child and when to call the doctor. Most helpful of all are the many pictures of what rashes, etc. actually look like. I heartily recommend this for anyone with children.
