Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Acclaimed by the Cape Cod Pilgrim Memorial Association in 1957 as "the most authentic, interesting, and best written book on the voyage of the Pilgrims and their lives," Nickerson's work is available again, with original illustrations, maps, and an introduction by Delores Bird Carpenter.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Mayflower landing   May 6, 2008
A refreshing look at the Mayflower landing takes the shape of the voyage itself from the perspective of a sailor. The author was a sailor and describes the ship, the navigation and the voyage from the first sighting of land to the final anchoring in Massachusetts Bay. The book is very well researched.
