Not enough disclosure January 9, 2007 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
I did recieve my book in a timely fashion but the seller should have mentioned that the book was excessivley marked up. All the chapter questions where done in pencil(at lease they can be erased), It has been customery for sellers to note that the books are highlighted and/or pen or pencil marked. I wasn't happy since I do look for this type of disclosure when selecting a buyer.
woooow...I didn't know that...gee wiz! October 18, 2006 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
Overall the book contains good information. However... at times the definitions are ridiculously and unnessisarily long-winded... most of the content is common sense-- wait...so you are telling me I should be ethical?... wait...people of different cultures are...different? Wha?! no way!!
Maybe I'm a tad cynical but give me a break... I give the book two stars for the little bit of useful content.
It's not worth the money to buy the 11th edition however if you need the book for class and the professor tests extensively on book content rather than general ideas... you'll probably need the 11th
it is the best book on the market September 15, 1999 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
I found it to be well organized, beginning with the individual, then bringing in the group process, and ending with the total organization aspect. Points are brought forth in a dynamic manner.
