| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The nation`s preeminent analyst of public opinion reveals how Democrat and Republican strategies over the last 30 years have disillusioned American middle class voters, and he outlines what the major parties must do to win the middle class back. This revised and updated edition includes a new analysis of the 1994 election upheaval and the author`s provocative opinions about the 1996 presidential election.

| Customer Reviews:
A worthwhile read !! Greenberg gives this book life! September 4, 2000 This book is a facinating read for those interested in modern American political history. The book traces the political sentiments of one average middle class blue collar community from the eighties through the Clinton years, and tells much about what we might expect from America's middle class this election year. It is scholarly, but not dry. Great book.
