Black & Decker 18-Volt Cordless Electric Pole Chain Saw, 8-Inch Bar #NPP2018..
Saw was easy to use and battery life was good. had no problems through limbs up to around saucer size. nice storage case, if cutting alot suggest second battery to keep on hand. My only complaint was no self oiling system, which was no problem but you had to remember to keep oil can handy and lube often.
 Missing Parts July 13, 2008
Saw came with no instruction manual plus an allen wrench and a 2 inch empty plastic oil bottle probably worth about 30 cents. They sent the 2 tools by UPS. After 3 weeks the manual has'nt arrived yet. Guess I'll get on the phone again and see what the delay is.

My husband loves his new pole chain saw. The only recommendation I would make is to have another battery, for when you need to prune several trees at one time. Otherwise he is very happy with the performance of this little saw.

This tool does exacctly what I need it to do. Cultivates the garden without hurting the plants already in place. It saves my back!

I recieved and unpacked the item..assembeled and charged the battery according to the instructions. Would not start, the switch had a rattle.I returned the saw to Amazon and still have not recieved a refund,its been over a month.. The box was banged up I should have suspected something wrong [ups is not a favorite delivery of mine]. I do own the black and decker string trimmer battery powered and am very happy with its performance. I did not purchase that from Amazon.. I am doubtful I will make any more purchases...I had a hard time just trying to find out how to return the item, could not even find phone number..All in all a dissapointing experience I am not anxious to repeat..
