Wow! September 7, 2008 At one point Jillian says something like "I want you to feel like you are going to die." And I do. These workouts are great. Get this video and us it a lot.

Jillian has done it again. This is by far the best workout video I have. I really get a great workout and feel like I am accomplishing something. I got this to help shed the baby weight from my pregnancy and it has worked. It is not boring and I look forward to the workout.
Holy moley! September 3, 2008 After reading all of the 5 star reviews, I too found it necessary to purchase this DVD. I got it yesterday in the mail, and did the Level 1 workout this morning - 2 hours ago. It was definitely challenging. In fact, I didn't realize HOW challenging until now. I am already sore and feeling it, and that has never happened to me 2 hours after a workout - ever! Maybe the next morning, but never a couple hours.
The only reason I was not absolutely dying during the workout is because for the past 2 months I've been working out 4-5 times per week with Jackie Warner's "Workout" Video (from the TV show Workout), and doing some light jogging here and there. I must admit, I have gotten into very good shape doing that routine; my muscles are much stronger. Jackie's workouts are intense, but they are broken down into groups - 20 min lower body, 20 min abs, 20 min upper body. So if you wanted to do your whole body in one day, you'd have to do all 3 segments which would take an hour and would be way too intense, in my opinion. What I love about Jillian's workout is that she gives you it ALL in 20 mins.
It is true what everyone else says - the time FLIES BY! I never felt like any of the segments were too long, boring, anything like that. Including Jillian's several minutes of intro talking in the beginning (that you can't fast foward through) the whole workout was 27 minutes on my DVD clock. I can tell this workout is going to kick my butt!! Can't wait to try Levels 2/3. Oh, one other thing I noticed...this workout is filmed in the same studio as Jackie Warner's workout, so it was kinda funny for me to workout to the same set again! :)

This workout video is amazing. I bought it at Modells because I could not wait to try it. I started the workout the day I bought it. Did Level 1 for 2 weeks and am now at level 2 for two weeks. I have not lost 20 lbs but I have lost inches. I went down about 1 1/2 sizes from a tight fitting size 10 to a comfortable size 8 so far and it has only been 29 days. I lost about 5 lbs...I think. Probably would have lost more if I was strict with my diet. Have done the 20 minute workout routine everyday. My goal is to get down to a size 6. I feel the difference. I am definetely more toned. The 20 minutes (25 minutes with warm up and cool down) works for me since I am working mom of 2 little ones. I squeeze in the workout no matter what b/c it is only 25 minutes total. No excuses! Highly recommend this workout!!! Love it!!!!
Awesome workout!!! September 2, 2008 OK girls I LOVE this video.... I just started it today. It is 20 minute workout and there are three one is Beginners then Intermediate then Advanced. OK I just did the Beginners and it kicked my butt. There are two girls doing the workout with Jillian and one is doing Beginner the other is Advanced this is WITHIN the Beginner workout. I ended up starting to follow the Advanced girl and ended up barely keeping up with the Beginner. It is simple basic stuff you would learn in high school but Butt kicking. I can see it really doing some weight loss after a couple weeks even. I can't imagine what the Intermediate and Advanced brings. It is quick and easy oh and it is the woman that personally trains the people on Biggest Loser reality show. Anyway definitely grab a copy if you are interested!
