Editorial Reviews:

Album Description
"The group is in a class all its own ...Hats off to them ...If you don't respond to the music or to the performances (I'm sorry for you, if that's the case), surely the audiophile-worthy engineering will get you." -- Fanfare

Born in Monroe, Louisiana in 1958, Frank Ticheli studied composition with William Bolcom and William Albright, among others. Currently, Ticheli is a Professor of Composition at the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music. He has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Charles Ives Scholarship and the Goddard Lieberson Fellowship.
