Great companion CD! February 13, 2004

I'm glad I decided to buy this CD. I bought the book, but was feeling a little bit shy about the process of spiritsinging, and wasn't completely sure about it. This CD leads you step-by-step through the process. You can use this CD on its own, but I highly recommend buying the book too. The book has some exercises that are not included on the album.
