This mag is absolutely fab! Being a little bit wiley these days with my funds, (student) I cannot afford to subscribe to all the magazines that I like. This is the only one that I have GOT to have every time! It is a very good publication because it covers a wide variety of topics without scrimping on any info. A lot of magazines are beading mags, and only really cover beading. There are also metalsmith mags, that only really cover metalsmithing. This one manages to cover things like beginner metalsmithing, PMC, polymerclay and other interesting techniques. It is great for expanding your knowlege on things you may not have considered using in your jewellery making endeavors.... I reccommend this issue very very highly for people who like to get an unusual flair to thier work with interesting medium. It isn't advanced metalsmith style, but then sometimes the projects it covers are difficult enough to stimulate the mind, and anyway, I wasn't looking for another metalsmithing only mag, I was looking for something with more variety but no less coverage. This is it, for me anyway.(at the moment) they have a lot of projects in each issue and for the begginer/intermediate it de mistifies some of the things assosiated with jewellery making and makes them more do-able.
