Just like fresh squeezed lemons April 12, 2008
This is now one of my favorite "pantry" items! I cook with fresh lemon juice very frequently and not only does it take time to squeeze enough fresh lemons to obtain the amount of juice I need, it can also be difficult to find high quality, fresh lemons and store them. Reconstituted, concentrated lemon juice is simply not close to the flavor of fresh lemons so I was thrilled to find Sicilia.
Its flavor is unmatched for recipes like chicken piccata or lemon sauce for artichokes. Truly it tastes like someone picked fresh lemons from a tree in Sicily, squeezed the juice and delivered it to your door ready to use.

Sicilia Lemon Juice Concentrate is a great kitchen staple for when you don't have access to fresh lemons. It is a great ingredient on many recipes and great for the health. My mother used this product when I was growing up. Thank you.
