Knock-out sampler for Dave's fans - large variety August 12, 2008
Is there anything better than Dave's Insanity Sauce? Yes, without a doubt there is! It is this wild, totally, temporarily, ultimately insane six-pack of Dave's hot sauces I just bought from Salsa Express. It comes in a great gift box, but I'm keeping this one for me! No Dave's pack would be complete without Dave's (original) Insanity Sauce, but these other sauces made me run to the Dave's website to find out what they were. In this pack was Dave's Ultimate Insanity...what Dave calls the "new hottest sauce in the universe." And yes, it is hotter than Insanity. And it was awesome! Then there was Temporary Insanity which was hot but not as insanely hot as Insanity, and Total Insanity is an Insanity-heat sauce but made to go on the table instead of being used as a cooking ingredient. Finally the pack had Hurtin' Habanero and Hurtin' Jalapeno - both have very unique and distinctive flavors but not the crazy heat of the other sauces. What a fantastic set of hot sauces! With these six, there is no need for anything else!
