Best Watch Ever? October 11, 2008 The Casio F91W1 is perhaps the greatest time piece ever created since Harrison invented the first reliable watch in Greenwich England. It is classy, sleek, reliable and the battery lasts 7 years. While most people strive to constantly score bigger, brighter, clunkier and more expensive watches, I'll stick with the basics - thank you very much.
Casio Dicital Watch August 13, 2008 I have had this watch before & this is my 3rd one. I like the price of this watch. It is very affordable. Very tough and can get wet. The alarm feature has worked well for me in the past. The backlight is very good if you are in the movies & want to see the time. I don't have to worry about losing this watch because I could get another one. I would recommend.
Perfect watch! May 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This watch has everything I want and nothing I don't. I wanted a light, stopwatch, alarm, day and date displayed, water-resistance, small face, cheap price, easy to use, and reliable. I set it to US official time and checked it a month later, it was only 7 seconds fast. Casio has kept making this time-tested, user-friendly design for a long time, and I hope to be able to buy another one when this one breaks in 20 years.
A good basic watch April 5, 2008 This is a good, inexpensive, basic watch. If you just want a watch that will let you know the time in either 12 or 24 hour formats, has an alarm feature and a no frills band, this is the one for you. It is modestly priced. This is the watch I've been using in both civilian and military worlds for over 15 years. The alarm works well in a low noise environment and when you're not totally exhausted by continuous 18-20 hour work days. I've slept through it it beeping in my ear, then. Additionally, the ones I've had usually run about 8 seconds fast per month. I also like that it has only 3 buttons to manipulate, to get to all the features, alarm, stop watch, lap timer, to change the date/time, and to illuminate the watch face to read it in the dark. All in all a very good watch that I'll keep on buying.
21st Century Miracle October 10, 2007 I can keep track of the time (it gains about 5s per month), measure my jogging pace, and trade a $60M hedge fund using the alarm, all for $10. Truly these are the days of miracle and wonder!
