I was disapointed with this coat. I wanted a large(10-12), but when you read the description it says don't pay attention to the label inside the garment, the correct size is on the sticker on the package, so I ordered the X large.The coat came as a XXL!
Well..... They were wrong.
I ordered the same item again,according to their sizing chart. Both times the item did not fit like their sizing said. I ordered the X large,& then the medium. It took well over a month for the coat to even be shipped the second time around, & their 24 hr customer service is more like 24 days. No answers to the emails. Then when I asked to cancel the item when they wouldn't answer when it would be shipped, for the 2nd time, I got an email the next day saying it was shipped!
It arrived smelling of mildew,& on the one side by the pocket I saw what appeared to be mildew.
No wonder it took over a month to even be shipped. Where the heck did they store the coat?
I didn't have the patience to send it back & re order, so a friend of mine said she'd buy it from me, mildew & all & just wash it. Sold it for $20.
For the price, I must say, it's a steal, but the mildew & the sizing nonsense?..... I'm a bit leary about Classic Closeouts now.

I was reluctant when I ordered this coat and decided "Oh, well, I will wear it for work only" if I didn't like it (I work in a refrigerated environment). But,when it arrived, I loved it so much that I got another one in a different color! It looks really good, has a nice feminine line and it's not bulky. It's surprisingly warm, and the length is really nice - not too short not too long.
I took the hood off, because I didn't like the fur trim. It is connected with a zipper, and it's not visible at all once I removed it.
Great buy, I am checking their website for other stuff since I got this jacket.

I didn't have my expectations set very high considering the price of the product. When it arrived I was ecstatic. I can even wear it to work, which was a shock. It looks wonderful and some of the pickiest people I know have come up and asked where I got it...and that they wanted to get one!!! I got the cream colored one and I absolutely love it.

This coat was more than I expected since I got it for such a low price. It looks just as described and will be perfect for the upcoming winter. I only had one small problem. One of the seams was unraveled for whatever reason. However, I sewed up. Not too bad considering the price of the product.
