correct packaging wrong product inside July 17, 2006

I am stunned that you e-mail me to review this product. I have e-mailed you and talked with amazon about a problem you are having with this product. I really, really needed this for my daughter and I received the first one which had a sm/med on package and lg/xlg inside. I thought this might be a random error so I called and you ordered me a new one. I got the new one and sent back the old one. Same problem - sm/med on package and lg/xlg on the product. You also have the nerve to charge me $5.00 shipping. I think you need to get more organized especially after I told you about my problem with the first elbow pad I assumed someone would check to make sure I got what I ordered. Apparently that is not so at Amazon.
I will not be ordering again from you again especially since I am being charged $5.00 twice for your error. Now you know what I think about your product and Amazon.com.
