Disappointment June 27, 2008
This mop was poorly wrapped in a flimsy, flattened cardboard box, causing the aluminum handle to break during transit. Of course, I had to return it, even though it is what I really wanted. I only received credit for the mop and not the shipping, which I don't believe is right. It wasn't my fault that it was broken!
