Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Infant life jacket   July 3, 2008
The jacket is well-made, attractive, and meets USCG standards. Our 17-month-old granddaughter did not fuss about wearing it on the boat or at the ocean or even on pool deck. However, it did not allow her to sit down comfortably on the sand (and she weighs 24 pounds), and when she jumped into the pool, it flipped her on her back--which it is SUPPOSED TO DO so that an infant's head is supported out of the water. However, she fought to turn over and paddle to the side as she'd been trained to do in her "water survival" class. So...it's a great product for emergency use; we bought another at the beach without the head restraint so she could use it in the pool and sit comfortably in the sand.
